Plant-Based Food is important to the human body because edible plants possess the natural vitamins, minerals and protein that are produced from the earth and entered naturally into Plants and Trees. When you consume plant-based foods the human cells are programmed to breakdown and receive the nutrition for fuel without the acidic residue (free radicals) that processed foods and animal produce leaves in the body causing viruses, disease and sickness.  You deserve to live a healthy life...
