T's Tomato and Veggie Basil Soup fits all eating occasions. 3 Cups Sweet Basil leaves
1/8 Cup Grape seed Oil
1/2 Green peppers
1/8 Cup of diced Garlic
2 15-oz Cans of all Natural Tomato sauce (or make homemade tomato sauce)
Optional: Tarragon leaves and Thyme leaves
Slice the tomato and season the slices in a baking pan then put it in the oven at 400°F for 10 min.
Heat up a large pot on medium high. Then stir fry the green peppers, onions and garlic in grape seed oil for 3 minuets. Next, add the tomato sauce and baked sliced tomatoes and stir well. Lastly, add the basil leaves. Be sure to tear the the leaves. This is the time to add the Tarragon and Thyme leaves. Season to taste with Himalayan salt and T's Seasoning. Stir well for 10 minuets.. Pour in bowl and enjoy!
