T's Pinto Bean patty
T's Pinto Bean patty mix is Awesome! As shown in the picture above, you can make patties that are ready to be sizzled in a pan with grapeseed oil until dark brown. You can also use the mix in a veggie wrap. The awesome thing about T's Pinto bean patty is that it's a great meat replacement while being super packed with protein... Prep:
The Pinto beans take a while to cook, so cook them first: Place the Pinto beans in water with T's Seasoning (if you have it), Himalayan salt, and garlic powder and let boil for 2 hours or until soft.
*Dice up 3/4 green pepper and 1 small onion
Ingredients:
3 cups of boiled Pinto beans
3/4 cup Grounded Flax-seed
1/2 cup of spelt flour
2 Tsp of Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp of paprika
3/4 green bell pepper
1 small onion
1/4 cup Grapeseed oil
Garlic powder
Himalayan Salt

Instructions:
Place one and a half cups of boiled Pinto Beans in your food processor then pour in the diced peppers and onions on top. Then pour the other half of Pinto beans on top.. Next, pour the grounded flaxseed, paprika, Chia seeds and grape seed oil in the processor.. Now, grind the mix until 90% of the beans are smashed. Lastly, pour the smashed Pinto bean mix in a large bowl. Season the Pinto Bean patty mix with garlic powder, Himalayan Salt and T's Seasoning (if you have some)... Season to taste! Then place the mix in the refrigerator for 30 min. After 30 min in the fridge, you can make a patty for a nice sandwich or veggie wrap. To make the patty, take a small hand full of the mix and make a ball then smash until it flattens into a patty.. Then let sizzle on medium high heat on both sides until both sides are brown. If you want to make a wrap, take the cooked golden brown pinto bean patty and break it up into your wrap. Enjoy, Let's Go! Health First!
