T's Onion Soup
T's Onion soup is very tasty and easy to make! You can eat is as a snack or for dinner with T's Pita Bread. Onions contain antioxidants and compounds that fight inflammation, decrease triglycerides and reduce cholesterol levels — all of which may lower heart disease risk. Their potent anti-inflammatory properties will also help reduce high blood pressure and protect against blood clots. Not only is this a awesome tasting soup, it's packed with health benefits. 2 green peppers
1 yellow squash
Himalayan Salt(salt to taste)
T's Seasoning (Learn more about T's Seasoning)
Cut up the onions, squash and peppers into chunks. Put all the veggies in a 12.7 quart pot and fill the pot 3/4 full. HINT: If you use a bigger pot use more veggies. Turn the stove on medium high and allow water and veggies come to a boil. During which, add the Himalayan salt, garlic powder and T's Seasoning. Season to taste! Allow the soup to boil until the veggies are very soft then strain into a large bowl. Scoop out some soup into a soup bowl and add the chives. It's HOT, so blow and enjoy! Health First!
