{ Purchase T's Seasoning HERE }. It's an All Natural 10-in-1 Herbal mix that makes food taste better. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups wild Rice

2 cups Black Beans

1 diced Tomato

Almond cheese

1/2 cup Crushed Walnuts *optional

1 Onion

1 Green Pepper

Can Tomato Sauce (unsalted) or 3 cups of Homemade Tomato Sauce

T's Seasoning (or you choice of seasoning )

Garlic powder

Himalayan salt (salt to taste)

Grape Seed Oil

Whole grain Wraps

Pre-Heat over on 400 degrees

Prep:

The black beans take a while to cook, so cook them first: Place the black beans in water with T's Seasoning, himilyan salt, and garlic powder and let boil for 2 hours or until soft.

Boil the wild rice in water and add T's seasoning or your own choice of seasoning, Himalayan salt and garlic powder. Then let boil until the rice is done (soft).

Chop (dice) the onion and green pepper and saute them on medium heat in grape seed oil flowered with T's Seasoning (or your choice of seasoning ) for 3 to 4 minutes. Place them in a bowl and put the bowl to the side.

Season a can of unsalted tomato sauce a with Himalayan salt, T's Seasoning and garlic powder to taste. If you are "cook savvy", make some homemade tomato sauce and flower it with T's Seasoning, Himalayan salt and garlic powder.

Now it's time to Wrap:

Lay your first wrap flat. Spread 2 Tbsp of the cooked wild rice on top of the wrap. For the next layer, add 1 Tbsp of black bean or the mix if you decide to blend it. I prefer to blend it. Then place a layer of sauteed peppers and onions on top. Next, sprinkle 1 tsp of crunched walnuts, some almond cheese and top it off with the seasoned tomato sauce. Feel free to add more of the ingredients; just remember it has to roll up.. Roll the wrap as tight as possible and place in large baking pan. Repeat those steps to make more wraps. Once you are done with wraps, place the pan in the oven for 15 minutes.

Enjoy, Health First!

Store leftover ingredients in refrigerator.
