T's Walnut Meat


T's Walnut meat is an awesome meat replacement. It can be used in veggie Taco's, veggie Quesadillas and pizza, lettuce wraps and so much more. Animal produce creates Uric Acid in your body causing cancer, cholesterol problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and so many other health compilations... We have been taught that our protein comes from meat(ex: beef comes from a Cow) but the cow get its protein from the ground. Think about it... Its better to eat from the source(EARTH) than getting our nutrition from second hand animal flesh right?? Walnuts are packed with protein, and they do not create any negative side effects like animal flesh... Try T's Walnut Meat, the taste is phenomenal. It is a easy recipe that you and your family will enjoy! Health First!

Ingredients:

3 cups Walnuts

1 Green Peppers(red and yellow peppers optional)

1 Onion

1 TbspChia seeds

2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

2 Tbsp Grounded Flax-seed

Himalayan Salt (salt to taste)

T's Seasoning (If you have it)

Garlic powder (season to taste)

1 Tbsp Paprika

Directions:

Inside of a food processor place all the other ingredients. Blend no longer than 10 to 15 seconds. Its fast, you don't want to puree the mix.. When you are finished, pour T's Walnut meat in a large bowl. You have the option of eating it at room temperature(it's phenomenal) or stir frying it with some grapeseed oil. If you decide to use it for tacos, stir fry T's Walnut meat with a little water to create a sauce with in the mix. Store in closed container in refrigerator.. Enjoy... Health First!!
