T's wild Rice

T's Wild Rice is nutritious and delicious. It's an awesome white rice replacement. ( White Rice is Acidic ) Wild rice boasts impressive amounts of several nutrients, including protein, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc. Wild Rice is a highly suggested side dish by Health First Nation.


1/2 cup of wild rice

T's Seasoning

Garlic powder

Himalayan Salt


Pour the dry wild rice in a medium pot and fill the pot 3/4 high with water. Add the T's Seasoning, garlic powder and Himalayan salt to the rice then let boil until soft.. Be sure to stir off and on while the rice is boiling. When finished boiling half way drain the rice then let it set for 10min to cool down and absorb the reminding water. Add extra seasoning if need be then enjoy.. Health first!
