T's Veggie Spaghetti

Begin by boiling the Garbanzo Bean Noodles (or pasta of choice) in T's Seasoning and Himalayan Salt water..

Ingredients for walnut meat:

2 cups walnut halves

1/2 green pepper

1/2 onion

Garlic salt (to taste)

Himalayan salt (to taste)

T's Seasoning (to taste)

Put all the ingredients in a chopper or blender and blend.

Ingredients for Veggie sauce mix:

1 Green pepper

1 Onion

1 squash

Mushrooms optional)

1 15-oz can of unsalted tomato sauce

Himalayan Salt

Garlic salt

T's Seasoning

Cut up in small pieces: onion, green pepper, and squash. Then season the veggies with T's seasoning (or just with Himalayan salt). Put the veggies in a heated frying pan with Grape Seed oil. Stir fry for 5 min and then add the walnut meat. Stir until blended and then add the tomato sauce. Next, salt and season to taste with garlic salt, Himalayan salt and T's Seasoning..

Lastly, boil some Garbanzo beans noodles or pasta and drain excess water. Place pasta on a plate and top it off with the veggie and walnut mix.
