T's Veggie Tomato Mix

Ingredients for walnut meat:

2 cups walnut halves

1/2 green pepper

1/2 onion

Garlic salt (to taste)

Himalayan salt (to taste)

T's Seasoning (to taste)

Put all the ingredients in a chopper or blender and blend. Then pour mix in bowl and season to taste and set to the side.

Ingredients for Veggie sauce mix:

1 green pepper

1 onion

1 squash

Mushrooms (optional)

1 15-oz can of unsalted tomato sauce

Himalayan Salt

Garlic salt

T's Seasoning

Cut up in small pieces: Onions, green peppers, and Squash. Then season the veggies with T's seasoning

(or just with Himalayan salt). Put the veggies in a heated frying pan with Grape Seed oil. Stir fry for 5 min and then add the walnut meat. Stir until blended and then add the tomato sauce. Next, salt and season to taste with garlic, Himalayan salt and T's Seasoning.. Enjoy Health First!
