T's Walnut Meat

Ingredients:

2 cup walnut halves

1/2 green pepper

1/2 onions

1 Tbs Chia Seeds

Garlic salt (to taste)

Himalayan salt (to taste)

T's Seasoning ( to taste)

Put all the ingredients in a chopper or blender and blend. Enjoy Health First!

*You can use walnut meat in Veggies Wraps, on veggie Pizza, in Salads, and in Veggie Soups.
