T's Banana and Raspberry Cake

T's Banana & Raspberry Cake is made with Spelt flour vs acidic White flour. Terry used coconut oil vs butter and ground Flax Seed vs eggs. This cake is Nutritious and Delicious!. Its one of the best Plant Based Cake recipes. Enjoy, Health First!

Pre-Heat Oven at 350* degrees


2 cups Spelt Flour

1 1/2 cups Coconut Sugar

2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed meal

1/2 Tbsp Baking soda

2 Tbsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Himalayan or Sea salt

Set to the side:

1/2 cup of hot water mix with 2 tea spoons of flaxseed meal

Mix together:

1 Tsp vanilla Extract

2 smashed banana

1/2 cup of Raspberries

1/4 cup Almond milk

1/2 cup Coconut Oil

1/8 cup Almond Milk( pour slow and stir until the texture is smooth)

First Mix the Red ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix it good... Mix the Green ingredients and set to the side. Then add the orange mix to the large bowl with the Red Ingredients. Next, add the Green mix in the large bowl with the Red ingredients, with a slow stir, follow by mixing in the Purple ingredients one by one. Be sure to pour in Almond milk slowly and stir until the texture get very smooth and add more almond milk if need be. Lastly, Grease the cake pan of choice with coconut oil, then pour the final mixture in the pan. Then place the cake in the pre-heated oven. After 15 min stick a knife in the cake to see if its done. If the knife comes up wet its need to stay in the oven a few more minutes, if its dry let cool and enjoy!
