Garbanzo Beans are an excellent source of protein, molybdenum and manganese. They are also a very good source of folate and copper as well as a good source of dietary fiber, phosphorus, iron and zinc. 3 Cups Garbanzo Beans (packed with protein)
2 Cups Walnuts (optional)
1/4 Green Peppers
1/4 Onions
1/4 cup Grape Seed Oil
1 Tbsp of Himalayan Salt
2 Tbsp of T's Seasoning (optional) Purchase at: www.healthfirstnation.com/tseasoning
2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed
Choice of Bread: SPELT BREAD
PREP: Boil Garbanzo Beans in 2 Tbsp T's Seasoning, 1 Tbsp Himalayan salt, 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Hint: Before you Boil the Garbanzo Beans let them sit in water for at least 3 hours or over night

Toppings: Almond Cheese, Tomatoes, Spinach, Onions, and Green Peppers

Blend the RED ingredients in a blender or food processor. Then Pour the RED ingredients in a large bowl then stir and season to taste if need be. Now, in a hot skillet pour 2 Tsp of grape seed oil. Take a hand full of the Garbanzo Patty Mix and make a ball then press down into a patty. On Medium Heat fry both sides until golden brown... Lastly, dress your sandwich with the Toppings and enjoy!
